Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and name, used to authenticate you and address you in the product.

Content data: the prompts you send and the responses generated, stored so you can resume conversations and review history. This data is scoped to your account under row-level security — other users cannot read it.

Usage data: credits consumed per model and per day, used to render your usage dashboard and enforce plan limits.

Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

2. API keys you provide

When you add a bring-your-own provider API key in Settings, FusionLLM stores only the last four characters to label the entry. The full key is not retained by us.

If you choose to route through your own keys, prompts are sent to the relevant provider under that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

To operate the service: routing prompts to models, persisting conversation history, rendering usage, and managing your subscription.

To communicate with you about your account, billing, and support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not train provider models on your content.

4. Data retention

Conversation and usage data is retained while your account is active. You can delete conversations and workspaces at any time.

When you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently deleted unless retention is legally required.

5. Your choices

You can export or delete your workspaces, conversations, and prompt templates from the product at any time.

You can disconnect or remove provider API keys from Settings.

You can request deletion of your account by contacting support.
