Security, plainly
We don't have formal certifications like SOC 2 or GDPR yet — we're a young, transparent, one-founder product and want to be upfront about that rather than imply otherwise. Here's what's actually true today: any API key you bring yourself is encrypted at rest, never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Row-level security ensures your conversations, usage, and account data are visible only to you, enforced at the database level, not just in the app.

Yes — FusionLLM AI is a real, working product today, not a concept. You can sign up and start chatting across all 18 models right now. What's time-limited is the founding-member pricing, not the product itself — and if for any reason the product isn't live and fully functional within 30 days of a founding-member purchase, it's a full, automatic refund, no questions asked.
Do I get all 18 models on every plan?
All plans include every model provider — but Starter routes to our fast and balanced-tier models only, to keep pricing accessible. Pro and Team unlock our full frontier-tier lineup, including GPT-5, Claude Opus 4.1, and Gemini 3 Pro, for the most complex tasks.
What's a credit?
Credits map to model usage. A typical short reply costs 1–3 credits; a long reasoning pass on o3 or Claude Opus costs more. The usage dashboard shows it in real time.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Top up in one click from the usage dashboard, or just bring your own OpenRouter key and route at cost — FusionLLM keeps working either way.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Subscription anytime. Founding-member pricing is locked for founding seats even if you change plans.
What's the founding-member guarantee?
